Vintage Magical Art Journal

Hello crafty friends, let's create a fun magical vintage double page layout art journal using some fun magical stamp set from Art by Marlene.

We will start with the background, I cut the edges of both my pages all around with just my hands to create this vintage look to my art journal layout.

Using the light pink color and the white from Art by Marlene Acrylic paint. I applied more white and less pink and with a paint brush I moved the pain around the page.

I then used me embossing paste and mixed light sand color from acrylic paints with it to give a very light beige color and added some texture with this paste using some ABM stencils that came with the Advent calendar.

I then used Vintage photo distress ink and another stencil and I also stamped some doodles to create visual texture here and there to give more interest on my background.

For my bottle images, they are from Magic Potion Stamp Set, I stamped them with Versafine Onyx black ink (all materials linked below) and then colored them using the Art by Marlene acrylic markers.

I backed my images with foam tape and added them to the bottom left on my art journal layout. On the other corner I added a girl image from a previous cutout booklet and grounded her with a hillside that I cut just with my hand and colored with the vintage photo ink.
